Tips for good mental health.


For a healthy mind we need a healthy body, so I give you 5 essential tips:

1. Intellectual curiosity

We must open our mind and explore more, investigate and learn more, in itself, have our mind active.
2.- Daily physical exercise

Physical exercise is important both for the health of our cuba and for our mental health, in addition to that it must be accompanied by a good diet.
We must do at least 30 minutes of exercise.

3.- Read:

Reading is important for our mind, it allows us to free ourselves through knowledge, it allows us to improve our expressions and many times it helps us with our daily lives, we must read at least 15 minutes a day.

4.-Get enough sleep:

Rest is important for our mind and body since a good rest allows us to do our activities with more energy, in addition to avoiding getting tired and helping us to feel better, we should sleep at least 8 hours.

Let's love ourselves, dedicating time to ourselves is very good as it helps us forget about the stresses of the day to day.
